PRODUCTMANAGER (all genders) – System Setup / Consulting, German + English (full-time, permanent)
Your background
- Business or technical graduate, experience in customer relations, lateral entrants with high IT affinity are also welcome
- Ability to quickly familiarize with new software features
- You enjoy dealing with customers
- Working responsible with friendly and service orientated manners
- Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to occasionally travelling to customers and participating in fairs and events at interesting international destinations
- Working independently and performance-orientated
Your task
- You are the interfacing link between technology and clients. The setup of our complex ho(s)tel management software varies depending on customers’ requirements. Consulting and setup is crucial and it is the major part of your very responsible job
- You are co-operating closely with our customers and do a lot of consulting before and after the initial setup
