  • App breakfast list

    Drinking coffee is now even easier for your guests and, above all, for the hotel or hostel staff as well. The new app in the web-based ASSD PMS 3 replaces the conventional manual check using a breakfast list.

    This means that the tedious breakfast check with paper lists is finally a thing of the past. With the app now available, you can scan the guest’s QR code or search for them by name or room number and simply tick them off.

    This means that the data is directly in the system, eliminating the need for tedious subsequent transfers, and colleagues in the front office are always up-to-date.

  • Digital check-in

    In addition to web check-in, which guests can complete conveniently from home, the ASSD PMS offers another digital check-in option: guest registration via tablet at the hotel.

    If a guest has not used web check-in, they can conveniently register in the lobby or at reception using the tablet provided for this purpose. With just a few clicks, your guest checks their booking details, fills out the registration form digitally and completes the check-in process on his own.

    The whole thing is also easy to implement with a tablet floor stand or check-in areas in the lobby.

    In any case, you and your employees will save a lot of time and queues at peak arrival times will soon be a thing of the past.
